Organization Development (OD) Training
For those professionals who are looking to acquire organizational consulting skills to become an organizational consultant or to increase their leadership effectiveness, we offer a one year organizational consulting program. You will learn theory; acquire skills and experience to effectively serve organizational clients.
Key elements of this program include the following:
- Consulting Practicum- work with real clients
- Designed for Working Professionals-continue to work full time
- Cohort Model-learn with colleagues
- Integrated Course sequence-all workshops build on each other and are connected
- Experienced Faculty/Practitioners-all faculty are highly experienced practitioners
- Mentor Program-support after you complete the program
Completion of this program provides you with tools in change management, building effective work groups and teams, coaching, and working with large groups. You will also learn how to create effective relationships with clients to help them achieve the results they want.
