Peter is an organizational consultant with over 24 years of experience working with senior managers, managementSept_2009_Pete_2 teams, work groups, and individuals in organizational and team effectiveness, conflict management, work redesign, strategic planning and management, and coaching.

His clients include over 80 organizations from a range of sectors including: health care, human services, engineering, energy services, and high technology.

He was a faculty member with the Department of Organization & Management at Antioch University New England, where he taught courses in organization development and change leadership, work redesign, systems, group development, organizational strategy, and leadership for 20 years.

Our purpose is to help you create an organization that achieves or exceeds the results you want for your customers/clients, employees, and investors/funders. We can help you create an organization capable of success, that is able to adapt and grow, attract and retain both customers who choose your products/services and employees who want to work with you to accomplish those objectives.

We work with you to identify the issues, problems, and opportunities; to identify and select the solutions that will be address the most vital issue or opportunities; and develop the organizational capacity to sustain those results.
